3pm Check in
6pm Seafood Buffet at Shoney’s (Meet and Greet)
*For those who do not eat seafood, you may order
8pm End Meet and Greet Rest of the night free to enjoy the family
Saturday August 30, 2008
8am Free Time (Enjoy your family)
1pm Meet to depart
2pm Family Cook Out at Wiggins Estates
*BBQ chicken, pork, hot dogs, hamburgers, fried fish, fresh lemonade
and punch
*Fun and Games for all to include volley ball, basket ball, board games,
and playground for the children. Activities will be announced (depending
on equipment however one activity will be story time for anyone who tell
stories about the history of the family or about ones that have gone on.
6pm Depart back to the hotel
7pm Free Time (Enjoy your family)
Sunday August 31, 2008
11am Sunday Morning Brunch Ft. Jackson’s Officers Club
*Omelets cooked to order, beacon, eggs, grits, hash browns, sausage
and gravy, roast beef, fried chicken, baked chicken, assortment of
vegetables, and pastry.
*Buffet (Eat till you drop!!)
*Special message Min. Willie “Sparky” Bamberg
*Fashion Show
*Talent Show
2pm Return to Hotel Free Time (Enjoy your family)
6pm Annual Business Meeting
Ends all official reunion activities, check out is at 12pm tomorrow.
